What kind of design do you propose?

All designs are created by our creative department and are therefore unique and exclusive.

Do you offer any framing option?

Yes, you can selected to receive poster-only or poster in a frame.

We offer following framing options:

  • Wooden Frame, Black colour
  • Wooden Frame, White colour
  • Wooden Frame, Natural Wood colour
  • Wooden Frame, Dark Wood colour
What kind of paper do you print on?

EssentiArts posters are printed on a matte, thick, durable, very high-quality paper (170g/m2)! 💯


The paper has excellent color rendering and is also FSC®-certified.

What's your average shipping time?

All our prints are crafted on demand and are unique pieces of production, for this reason standard production time is 1-2 days, shipping time is estimated to be in 3-4 business days.

Do you have longer shipping time during holidays?

During holidays period delivery time may be slightly longer. For this reason, if you can, would be important to get your orders in earliear.  In general, 2.5 weeks ahead of time is appropriate during holiday rushes.  

If you require expedited shipping, we will try and accommodate your request but note that it would require coordination between you and us.  

For expedited shipping, please submit a ticket with your request and wait until we let you know if we are able to accommodate this for you. If you purchase without coordinating, the order will still be placed and the shipment will be sent out with normal shipping and you risk the possibility of not receiving your print at your desired time.   

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an e-mail with information on how to track your package.

How are your products packed?

Our posters and frames are neatly and safely packaged in specially designed.

Poster are delivered in a tube packaging.

If frame is selected,  posters will already be inserted inside the frame. Frames are protected with corners and film and then packed in a box with well-strengthened edges to further increase product protection.

In case of orders with multiple items, (max 3 frames in one package) are used “L” holders in order to provide additional strength to the package.

My Item is damaged, what can I do?

Sometimes can happen that a poster is delivered damaged, but no worries — you will get a new one! No questions asked 🤍

Please contact us here and be sure to include the following information

  • Order number
  • Photo of the damaged print(s)
  • Photo of the damaged container

We will work to make this right for you!

Do you accept returns or exchanges, or cancellations?

All our prints are crafted on demand and are unique pieces of production. For this reason, we are not able to provide exchanges, or cancellations. We offer a 14-day return policy:

– When you return an order, you must ensure that both posters and/or frames are in unopened and original packaging.
– You are responsible for the return costs, which will be subtracted upon refund.

Can you prepare on demand dimension?

All of the posters are designed as 42X60cm, 70x100cm and 50x70cm. In case you want any other format, please contact us here!

Design I was searching is now over, what can I do??

All our prints are crafted on demand and are unique pieces of production, being their number limited at 100 units per each design.

Our recommendation is to check out in our shop or in our instagram page for all available designs or to subscribe to our newsletter not to miss new ones.
